Biography :
Wei-Chuan Liu received the B.S. degree from National Chung Cheng University in 2003, and the M.S. degree from National Taiwan University in 2005, directed by Dr. Ming-Syan Chen, both in Electrical Engineering. He was an firmware engineer in Compal Communication, Inc., Taipei, Taiwan. He is a senior IC designer and project leader focusing on mobile graphic related designs in a startup. He also spent four monthes as an overseas volunteer to assist building information systems in Kiribati, central Pacific.
